Project Description
To meet the demands of this 3,600sqm refurbishment in just 6 weeks, Ergo Group arranged the required resources to work double shifts to carry out the works, which included a full strip out and rewire of all power, data, and lighting across 2 floors.
The project was logistically challenging as Level 7 workstations were required to be cabled from underneath. Works were carried out during night shifts as ceiling tiles needed to be removed, allowing cabling and containment works to be carried out on a floor that was operational during business hours. The works were completed with no disruption to the day-to-day business activities of the tenant.
Due to the tight program, Ergo Group provided alternative lighting packages to meet the deadlines including high quality LED lighting throughout that were in alignment with the original design intent.
