Project Description
Ergo Group partnered with Evolve Constructions as a preferred contractor and JLL Facilities Management to deliver the refurbishment of 14 Levels to strict building guidelines. The Renzo Piano designed building required a strip out and make good of full office floors, lift lobbies and base building amenities.
The project was delivered in a D&C model with Ergo Group working closely with Evolve and JLL to achieve the original design intent within budget constraints. The scope of works included the refurbishment of 14 Levels with new lighting and lighting controls throughout, along with existing switchboard upgrades. New feature lighting in lift lobbies and amenities were also completed.
