Project Description
- Full refurbishment of base building power, lighting and communications infrastructure within an occupied building.
- Demolition – removal of switchboards, lighting, power and data systems in a 14-level office building with 3 car park levels.
- Installation of 2 main switchboards and incoming consumer mains – 1400A supply over one weekend with no interruption to the building’s existing tenants. Ergo Group installed bypass switches to existing restaurant and reticulated their power from the site generator – this resulted in savings for the client in excess of $60K.
- Complete replacement of switchboards and light fittings throughout the building.
- Generator controls and BMS integration.
- Ergo Group completed the project in 9 weeks despite a 3 month program.
- Installed all BMS cabling.
- Full Dali lighting control system throughout.
- Installation of energy monitoring system.
- Relocation and refurbishment of existing Power Factor Correction Units.
- Building was occupied by a restaurant, 5 office floors and 3 car park levels – works were carried out without disruption to existing tenants.
- Ergo Group delivered the project well within the program with significant cost savings to the client.
