Project Description
Gucci’s Westfield Sydney Flagship store has proven to be a pinnacle asset, displaying exponential growth, strong brand awareness and phenomenal marketing attributes. With such success, Gucci had obtained additional real estate within Westfield Sydney on Level 3 to expand their retail presence and storage capability. The additional space provided a new entrance within Westfield and a ‘VIP Side Entrance’ from Castlereagh Street. Gucci’s tenancy is situated across 4 levels. There were many challenges on this project, some of which included the total refurbishment of parts of the store having to be carried out overnight and having the store open for business the following morning. The refurbishment was staged across 12 months due to the complexity and detail of the work.
