Project Description
Ergo Group were engaged to provide services for the full refurbishment of power, lighting and communication systems across WSP’s 14,000sqm workplace in World Square. Works included a sophisticated feature lighting system and lighting control systems.
The project required close collaboration with JLL and WSP to value engineer the works to meet tight budget restraints. As the workplace remained operational throughout the process, floors were refurbished one at a time with the switching of services to a new central communications room successfully completed without disruption.
