Project Description
Working with PBG as their preferred contractor since 2011, the redevelopment of Durham Green Retirement Village involved the construction of 75 new 2 & 3 Bedroom self-contained villas and a
56-bedroom Memory Care Clinic which is the first of its kind in NSW.
Ergo Group were responsible for value engineering the scope of works to keep costs within the client’s budget which included civil works for power, communications, nurse call, MATV and street lighting infrastructure.
The village remained operational at all times during the construction and was successfully completed with no disruption to the residents and staff.
